  • How do I place an order on your site?
    

    Ordering could not be simpler. Simply browse through our site and click on the order button next to the items that you would like to purchase.
    
    When you have finished making your selection 'proceed to your order' or 'click to checkout' where you will be able to preview/amend/update your shopping basket and complete your order via a secure online payment form.
    
    You will be asked to provide:
    
    Your name and full contact details
    email adress
    card details

    As soon as you have completed the online payment, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of your order. A further email will also be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • When will my order be dispatched?
    

    All parcels are dispatched First Class via Royal Mail.   
    
    We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3-5 working days however during busier periods you should allow up to 14 days.

    In the event that an item is not in stock and we are unable to process your order within 14 days, we will contact you and provide you with a more accurate timescale or offer a refund if preferred.

    We are always on the lookout for bubbly, confident and outgoing people who can inspire and engage young minds, so if this sounds like you, then get in touch! 
    
    Have a look at our classes page here to see if there is a franchisee in your area. If there is then feel free to drop them an email to introduce yourself. If a franchisee isn't looking to recruit straight away then they will hang on to your details and get intouch again if a vacancy arises.
