Returns Information

We are confident that you will love your purchases from the Music Bugs Toy Shop but if you are not 100% satisfied then we are happy to arrange a replacement or a refund providing that the goods are returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days from the date that the goods were originally dispatched.

Please call Music Bugs Head Office on 0844 578 1010 or email us info@musicbugs.co.uk and we will advise you on how to return your parcel.

Goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition otherwise we regret that a refund cannot be offered. Please note that CD’s cannot be refunded unless the original outer plastic wrapping and seals remain intact.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. If your order qualified for FREE postage and packing then the postage cost originally incurred by us will be deducted from the total of your refund (unless the goods are found to be faulty)

Faulty items

We take great care with the packing of items purchased from the Music Bugs Toy Shop. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, you can return it within 14 days for a replacement product or a refund.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. Music Bugs Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. A proof of posting certificate can be obtained free of charge from the Post Office Counter.
