No quibble returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your Music Bugs Toy Shop purchase.
If however you are not 100% satisfied, we will offer a full no quibble refund of the original purchase price provided that the item is returned to us in it’s original, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
Contact us on info@musicbugs.co.uk quoting the order reference number and your full contact details. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your parcel. You can opt to have either a full refund*, an exchange or a credit voucher.
Your item must be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.
*Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty
Faulty goods
We take great care to ensure that the items we sell are in perfect condition, and careful checks are made prior to dispatch. Please notify us immediately in the unlikely event that you find an item to be faulty.
We will then make arrangements with you to return your parcel.
You can opt to exchange the product (subject to stock levels) or receive a credit note. Or if you prefer, a full refund will be issued including your original postage costs.
Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed. This will be credited back to your original payment method.
